Started with one frustration.
Too many "smart homes" in Bangalore were built from mismatched components, installed by multiple vendors who had never spoken to each other. Lights on one app, music on another, security on a third and nobody accountable when something stopped working.
KIVICH was built to fix that. We standardised our automation backbone on Teletask, a Belgian brand engineered for exactly this kind of long-term, whole-home reliability, and became its only authorised dealer and system integrator in the city. Everything else we deal in, be it Techarc lighting, imported audio, home cinema or security and networking is chosen to integrate cleanly into that same backbone.
